Golf Carts

We will be providing two golf carts for use by our attendees.

But here's the catch! We must assign drivers in advance, up to three per golf cart.

We will assign one cart to drivers lodging in the Back Campus or Cove and one to drivers lodging at the Long House. You will need to work out with your fellow drivers who will have it at any given time. While not a shuttle service, we anticipate that drivers will be on the lookout for any member who may be in need of a lift.

If you'd like to be considered for one of the drivers, please contact gathering@womenoutdoors.org no later than July 20 or let us know when you register.

Registration & Paperwork

what we ask at REgistration:

During registration after selecting your lodging, we will ask:

  • if you have a specific cabin or room that you prefer.
  • if you'd like to room with any specific friends or need to let us know who you are sharing your private room or RV with.
  • if you have a housing preference, e.g. easy access to an outlet for a CPAP machine, a smaller cabin, a private room with a bathroom, etc.  *You may also request here to be on the waiting list for any lodging that is full.
  • if you'd like to be on the waiting list for an option that is full.
  • about your special dietary needs, if any.
  • if you'd like to volunteer to lead a workshop or other activity.
  • you to provide us with your emergency contacts.
  • about any medical history/issues that you feel we should know.
  • you to affirm your agreement with the Participant Program Agreement.

New registration process for those sharing private rooms and RVs: During registration only one of you will book the room or RV spot, and the other will select "Private Room: Sharing" or "RV: Sharing." Both of you will let us know with whom you are sharing a room or RV. This will help us with managing the limited number of spaces.

We will also give you the opportunity to review our Release and Waiver to be signed during the check-in process on-site. We will have a printed copy for you on site. Please review it now from the link above or during registration to save time during check-in.

NOTE:

Our final packet with detailed information will be available in August. You will get a notification when it is ready. Be sure to read it carefully and in full.
