Start our paddle near the CT River and head upstream into Salmon Cove. Starts in open water and narrows into a meandering river. Spots to swim along sandy bottoms. Bring food, water, boat, lifejacket, sunscreen, bathing suit and anything else that will make you comfortable paddle for 4-5 hours.
