Like the caption says, this hike will get your feet wet. The Glen is a one mile round trip through a creek. On the way are two 60-foot waterfalls.

Wear water proof sturdy footwear as you will be walking on rocks and stones. A change of footwear for after is a good idea.

Bring water, a picnic lunch and bug spray. Optional: Hat, sunglasses, and sunblock. There is a picnic area in the front of the park where we can eat after we return to the parking lot. There are bathroom facilities in the parking lot.

If you can carpool, please do. The parking lot is not very big and this is a popular spot.

Directions:

From the north: From NY 5/US 20/ Eastern Blvd in Canandaigua, head south on NY 364 South/East Lake Rd. Follow 364 south for 12.1 miles. Toward Naples.

Turn right onto 245 South and take it into Naples. (about 8 miles). Turn left onto NY 21/North Main Street.. Continue south thru Naples for a mile. Turn right on Vine. Follow Vine until it ends (the GPS might stop short of the park). The parking area is just past a barrier gate. There is plenty of parking. I drive a maroon Ford Fusion.

Trailhead coordinates: N42 36.920' W077 24.821'

Events may be cancelled due to lack of attendance, as well as changes in weather or other circumstances. If you must cancel at the last minute, call or text the event host/trip leader (see your registration confirmation for contact details) and let her know who it is who is calling/texting.
