Moonlight Ski Weekend in VT

Have you ever cross-country skied at night? Is it scary? Is it hard to see? Will you feel energized? Will you be cold? What is it like? Come experience this for yourself and let nature’s own light guide you on a romantic adventure into the wilderness! Join WO for a fun filled weekend in the Bennington, VT area for winter activities! The highlight of our weekend is cross-country skiing by moonlight on Sat. night at Prospect Mountain Ski Center in Woodford, VT (a 20 minute drive from Bennington, VT). Beforehand, we’ll enjoy a nice dinner at Prospect and then after the moonlight ski we’ll gorge on dessert! Other potential activities during the weekend include cross-country skiing in the daylight hours, snowshoeing, board games (scrabble, Apples to Apples, etc.), a sleigh ride, and museum visits. The group will be staying at a clean and very reasonably priced motel in Bennington, VT. Room rates are about $63 per night, possibly cheaper with a group discount. RSVP as soon as possible!
