Thanksgiving Day Walk

Turkey, mashed potatoes, squash, apple pie, pumpkin pie and gravy. So many good things to eat, so little time and stomach space!! You’ll probably be stuffed before the day is out and you’ll be ready to get some fresh air and get your body in motion. Work off those Thanksgiving day calories and contemplate all the things in your life that you can be thankful for. It’s been a tough year for many with job layoffs, added job responsibilities with less pay, house foreclosures, constant news of the soaring unemployment, a continuing war in the Middle East. But, let’s take one day out to think of all the good things in our lives: good friends, good health, a roof over your head, Women Outdoors and the list goes on! We’ll met in the Back Bay area and get in a nice, brisk evening walk!
