Holiday Hike

Start off the holiday season with a hike at Catoctin Mountain Park in Thurmont, MD.  We'll hike the Wolf Rock/Chimney Rock loop and enjoy the stillness and quiet beauty of a winter hike. 

This hike is about five miles long and the trail is steep and narrow in places so good, sturdy hiking boots are recommended.  Bring hiking poles if you have them.

This free event is open to members and non-members of Women Outdoors Mid-Atlantic.  Non-members are invited to join us on two events before we ask you to join Women Outdoors.  You can join now by clicking on this Join Us link.
