Assumption of Risk

With my RSVP, I acknowledge that my general health is good and that I am capable of performing the physical exercise required for the event. I am aware that dangers and risks of varying degrees may exist during events and that organizers and event hosts are not required, nor should it be assumed that they are CPR/First Aid/Wilderness Survival Certified. I understand that the women participating in any event are considered common adventurers, each responsible for her own well-being and safety.

In consideration of, and as part payment for, the right to participate in this event and related activities and services arranged by Women Outdoors, Inc., its agents and associates, I do hereby assume all risks of my participation in this event and release and hold Women Outdoors, Inc., its agents and associates harmless from any and all liability, actions, causes of action, debts, claims and demands of every kind and nature whatsoever which arise out of or in connection with my participation in this event and related activities arranged by Women Outdoors, Inc., its agents and associates. The terms of this release shall serve as a release and assumption of risk by my heirs, executors, administrators and legal representatives.
