Lodging

Fri to Mon - 3 nights  (includes 8 meals: Sat– B, L, D Sun– B, L, D  Mon– B, L)
Sat to Mon – 2 nights (includes 7 meals: Sat– L, D  Sun– B, L, D  Mon– B, L)
One Day & Night - arrive 9 am & depart next day (includes 3 meals: L, D, B)

Friday night dinner is $10 (you must arrive by 6:30 pm).

NEW! Additional Monday night option: Stay Monday night for an additional $50, which includes Monday night dinner, Tuesday breakfast, and a bagged lunch for the road.  You may be moved to a different accommodation.

Challenge Yourself on the Climbing Wall

The Climbing WallOne of our favorite activities at the Sargent Center is the climbing wall.  Once again, the climbing wall will be open and free to all Gathering attendees for three hours on Saturday morning.  The 35 foot, three-sided rock climbing tower is a challenge for beginners and experienced climbers.  You will have the opportunity to scale the wall as many times as you choose.  Trained leaders will provide instruction on all safety procedures and climbing techniques.  Take advantage of this opportunity to challenge yourself in a new way.


How to Register

There are two ways to register for the Gathering. Our preferred method is online registration. You can then pay either by check or Biking Womenwith PayPal (PayPal account or your credit card). You can also print a PDF registration form and mail it in with your check. When you register online, the base fee assumes your lodging will be a tent or yurt and that you will lead a workshop.  As you proceed through the registration process, you can choose a different lodging option (dorm or cabin) and whether or not you'll lead a workshop.  Your final cost will reflect your choices. (Special note:  You receive a $20 discount on your registration fee when you sign up in advance to lead a workshop.)

Financial Aid / Refunds

If you need support to attend the Gathering, please attach or email a request to gathering@womenoutdoors.org with the circumstances of your need by May 10.

If you would like to donate to help another member attend the Gathering, you can do so when you register.

A partial refund is available if requested by May 10, 2011. Contact gathering@womenoutdoors.org.
