About 10 Women came to suggest outings and three offered to lead events starting next week. We worked on establishing a Yahoo site for members, ( thank you Michelle for helping with that!) and went over some trip leader and participant guidelines. Of course we also are yummy food!
We will now be putting together the events newsletter from everyone's input. Below is the wish list we created. Look forward to some of these startinf next week,including: local walks, more beginner- early season events that are non-strenuous, roller derby night, free cycle swap potluck, a possible canoe/ kayak camping trip to a remote island in the Hudson just south of Albany and more fun to come!
